Violet Day, an annual fundraising day on 1st August,
was an outstanding success in 2002. Schools,
Kindergartens, Care Groups, Aged Care Homes, Hospitals etc. etc. were all
involved from Adelaide to Roxby Downs to Port Lincoln, to mention a few! Morning Teas were everywhere! The enthusiasm and the funds raised were way
over our wildest expectations. It was a
pleasure to see the fun everyone had.
We were amazed to see the fund hit $52,000. The Foundation thanks everyone for their support and hope we have
as much fun in 2003 and succeeding years.
